Root Beer Float Recipe from The Plaza Ice Cream Parlour

Root beer floats make me think of the Main Street USA and the Plaza Ice Cream Parlour. Nothing says cool summertime treat like a root beer float; or, as John from the Carousel of Progress would say, a "Cold Sarsaparilla."

With the right gluten free safe ingredients, it's easy to make this classic float.

Recipe yields – 1 serving

Root Beer Float Ingredients:

  • 1 Bottle or 1-2 cups of gluten free safe Root Beer (I recommend using O-Zell Soda)

  • 1-2 cups of Vanilla Ice Cream (substitute non-dairy ice cream if making dairy free or vegan)

Method:
