Food & Wine Festival 2010--First Info

Well folks, I've received the first information from special diets about items that are gluten free at the Food & Wine Festival. Though I debated whether or not to do a big dining event during this, I ultimately decided to see...key word here...if the kiosks could provide any safe food. I figured there has to be at least ONE place that has a gluten free/dairy free item. I emailed special diets, and here's what they said to me:

At the Epcot Food and Wine Festival, the food items are prepared in a very small kitchen and there is a high chance for cross-contamination of the food products at the kiosks. Please speak to a chef or manager at the kiosks and they will be happy to help you. We do know that last year (2009), there were gluten-free items at Australia, USA, India, Poland, Spain, Argentina, Desserts/Champagne, Chile, Canada, Ireland and New Zealand.

Well, obviously that doesn't necessarily cover dairy free too, but there's gotta be something! My family doesn't usually go crazy with the food samples, but I'd like to be able to try at least a few things. So, as this gets closer, I may query them again to see if I get any further information. I haven't seen really any other reviews about this anywhere, so this could be interesting!
