Restaurantosaurus, located at Disney's Animal Kingdom theme park, was once home to one of the most unique entree options on Disney property -- the Mac & Cheese Hot Dog. Guests who were gluten free could actually get this, while it was still on the menu, gluten free with a GF bun and Amy's Gluten Free Mac & Cheese.

It may no longer be on the menu, but now, you can easily re-create this dish at home. It's the perfect fun meal for kiddos (and us big kiddos too!).

Ingredients:

  • Gluten Free Hot Dog Buns (such as Schar Gluten Free)

  • Gluten Free Hot Dogs

  • Gluten Free Mac & Cheese, prepared (substitute for gluten free & dairy free Mac & Cheese if you are dairy free)

Method: 

  • Toast gluten free hot dog bun

  • Cook or Grill hot dogs

  • Place hot dog in bun

  • Top with gluten free Mac & Cheese
