Rinse Bath & Body Co. Booth at the Flower & Garden Festival |
Are you a frequent visitor of the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival or the Flower & Garden Festival? Chances are, you’ve seen the booth for Rinse Bath & Body Co. With scents of lilac and orange blossom wafting through the air, it’s hard not to want to visit this booth. But, I will admit that until this year at the Flower & Garden Festival, I had not ever stopped by the booth. Not because it didn’t look amazing and tempting to my pocketbook (this girl loves soaps & lotions), but because I assumed (falsely) that the booth couldn’t offer any gluten free & dairy free offerings that I could use.
But, how wrong I was! Not only does Rinse Bath & Body Co. carry gluten free soaps & toiletries, but they also carry many gluten free and vegan friendly products. How cool is that?! This means, it’s a great place for those GF/DF (and many other special diets) guests to visit during the festivals, and a non-food place to boot! I love it when I can enjoy all that the festival has to offer and this is a terrific way to try some new products that you might not normally find at Disney.
Rinse Bath & Body Co. was founded in 2003 by Heather Swanepoel and her husband and is a family business. Located in Monroe, Georgia, each and every product made at Rinse Bath & Body Co. is done so in small batches to ensure quality and freshness. The fact that their products are available at Walt Disney World is a huge testament to the quality and popularity of their brand.

My favorite soap -- the Bamboo Loofah Soap! |
When I visited during the Flower & Garden Festival, I was so surprised when I noticed that much of their stock was gluten free and also a lot was vegan friendly too! You can imagine how much time I spent looking around there. For my first visit, I decided to try the loofah soaps. The first one I purchased was the Tea Tree Loofah Soap. Made with a sapponified blend of Shea & Cocoa Butters, Olive, Refined Sweet Almond, High Oleic Sunflower, Coconut & Palm Kernel Oils along with Loofah, Neem Powder & 100% natural Essential Oils, this was a terrific introduction to their soaps. It wasn’t overly perfumed which is nice because I’m fairly sensitive to scents. I was so excited after purchasing and using this soap that I went back and immediately got another loofah soap (I might have a loofah soap addiction). This time I tried out the soap I’m now hooked on using, the Bamboo Loofah Soap. Containing a saponified blend of Shea & Cocoa Butters, Olive, Refined Sweet Almond, High Oleic Sunflower, Coconut & Palm Kernel Oils along with Loofah & Fragrance Oils. What I love the most about this is that it’s scent is very mild and earthy and my skin has become so soft using it! I bought several during the Flower & Garden Festival!
If you’re visiting during the Food & Wine Festival, you’ll notice that the booth for this offers a little more space. And yes, it’s always packed full of people and product! I made sure to stop by the booth as soon as the festival began to stock up on my much loved Bamboo Loofah Soap. I also got a chance to try out a few other products, including their lip balms. In fact, if you attended the 2
nd Annual Special Diets Dessert Party and received an “Extra Magic Gift Bag,” you received a Honey Pucker Stick in your gift bag! Now that’s a way to celebrate! The Honey Pucker Stick contains a perfect blend of Squalane (a quickly absorbed oil known for being extremely healing), Apricot kernel & Coconut oils & Cocoa Butter (all known for healing & moisturizing), Castor Oil (provides a nice slip), Beeswax, a touch of Vitamin E & flavored with 100% natural flavoring. Let’s just say if Winnie the Pooh could have his own lip balm, this one would be it!
I bought the Spearmint Pucker Stick because I adore all things mint and this one is the best. Like the other pucker sticks, it contains a perfect blend of Squalane (a quickly absorbed oil known for being extremely healing), Apricot kernel & Coconut oils & Cocoa Butter (all known for healing & moisturizing), Castor Oil (provides a nice slip), Beeswax, a touch of Vitamin E & flavored with 100% natural flavoring. It’s also perfect for the upcoming holidays.
Speaking of holidays now is the time to stock up on some of their holiday/seasonal products. Not only can you get a variety of items like body polish and buffs, you can score them in many seasonal varieties. For instance, here are some of the many seasonal scents listed on Rinse Bath & Body Co.’s website (all of these items are listed as gluten free):
Pucker Sticks:
Soaps, Body Buffs, Body Spreads, and Skin Sticks:
Looking for something Disney related? Why not get one of their Pucker Stick packs that are sure to bring a little bit of extra pixie dust to you. You can get the Pixie Pack or Pirate Pack. How fun!
It’s safe to say that Rinse Bath & Body Co. offers a bit of indulgence to everyone, regardless of special diets or not. It’s wonderful to know that there are some nice options for gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian, and vegan visitors. If you have questions about a product and your special diet, you can contact Rinse Bath & Body Co. or check with them when you stop by their booth. They are always happy to answer questions!
Now, I just need to make sure I make at least one more stop before the 2013 Epcot International Food & Wine Festival is over, so that I can grab a few more goodies for myself (so many loofah soaps!) and for holiday presents! And, of course, I’ll be waiting patiently until Rinse Bath & Body Co. returns for the Epcot Flower & Garden Festival.
