2018 Epcot Food & Wine Festival Gluten Free Offerings

It’s that time of year when Epcot’s International Food & Wine Festival takes place. Held on August 30, 2018 through November 12, 2018, this year’s Festival lasts over two months.Here is a listing of the current gluten free menu items. I will be adding prices and Disney Dining Plan Snack eligibility when available based on information from the official Epcot Food & Wine Festival website along with info from the Disney Food Blog and AllEars.net. I will be updating and posting information from my own visits once the festival begins.

The Almond Orchard

  • Creamy Spinach and Artichoke Dip with Pulled Chicken, Toasted Blue Diamond Almonds and Parmesan Cheese served with Nut Thins® Crackers – $5.00, DDP Snack Eligible – Gluten Free (Sarah confirmed with cast members who radioed a chef on 9/2/18; dish contains dairy and cannot be modified) *NOTE: Double-check to confirm they are serving Nut Thins when you visit, as we have learned reports that readers have been served crackers that contain gluten.
