California Grill Allergy Friendly Sushi Menu

California Grill located at Disney’s Contemporary Resort (as of 9/2018) – This menu covers the top 8 common allergens (gluten/wheat, milk/dairy, egg, soy, peanut, tree nut, fish and shellfish). Check with the restaurant for modifications and/or other special dietary needs. Note: This menu was introduced as part of Disney’s allergy-friendly menus launch in 2015.This is strictly a sushi menu. Check with the restaurant for additional offerings.

For Gluten/Wheat, Egg, and Soy Allergies

• California Roll - Lump Crab, Avocado, Cucumber - $24
• Poached Shrimp Roll - Nori, Jicama, Mango - $24
• Tuna Roll - Tuna, Nori, Cucumber - $20
• Salmon Roll - Salmon, Sea Salt, Lemon Zest - $20

For Milk Allergies

• California Roll - Lump Crab, Avocado, Cucumber - $24
• Tuna Roll - Tuna, Nori, Cucumber, Soy Sauce - $20
• Salmon Roll - Salmon, Sea Salt, Lemon Zest - $20
• Hamachi Roll - Hamachi, Soy Sauce - $20

For Fish Allergies

• Poached Shrimp Roll - Mamenori, Jicama, Mango - $24

For Shellfish Allergies
